Bridgewater is a premiere neighborhood located south of downtown Monroe. Bridgewater is a lake community with paved sidewalks in a tranquil setting. Lots in Bridgewater are at least 1 acre or more.
Bridgewater homes are custom built and vary in size- 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths to 5 baths. The sq ft ranges from 2600 to 4100 or more. Something for everyone.

Cascades is a Mercededs community with very low maintenance! Cascades homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 2.5 baths. The exterior of Cascades homes are vinyl and the lots are less than .25 acres which leaves more time to enjoy the community pool or shopping in downtown Monroe! Most of the Cascades homes were built from 2004-2006 and range in sq ft from 1500 to over 3000 sq ft.

Colonial Village is located off Rocky River Rd with easy access to Highway 74 in Monroe. Colonial Village homes are on small well-kept lots, usually under a quarter acre. Homes range from 1100 sq. ft up to 2400 sq. ft. Colonial Village has a mix of ranches, 2 stories and 1.5 stories all with garages. The exteriors are low maintenance vinyl and brick.

The Estates at Wesley Oaks is a small pocket neighborhood right outside of Monoroe and bordering Wesley Chapel. Lennar Carolinas built these homes within the past 4 years. Most homes in The Estates at Wesley Oaks are approximately a half acre lot with trees left in tact.
The Estates at Wesley Oaks range in size from 3400-4200 htd sq ft and the norm is 4 bedrooms. Homes are primarily brick. The Estates at Wesley Oaks have amenities and are close to the current schools. This neighborhood is convenient to Highway 74 and all it has to offer as well as the Wesley Chapel shops.

Hamilton Place is convenient to Highway 74 and shopping. Hamilton Place is a mix of homes built in the early 2000's and newly built homes. Most lots are between 1/3 and a half acre. Hamilton Place has a playground and walking trails.

Rolling Hills is a mature, established neighborhood off of Highway 74 in Monroe. The homes vary in size and style-alot were built in the 70's and 80's but there are some newer homes mixed in. Rolling Hills does not have a home owner's association but the pool, golf and tennis are available with a country club membership.
Rolling Hills have lots that vary in size but the norm is about 1 acre. Prices vary due to the difference in sizes and style-there are simple brick ranches and 2 story colonials as well as contemporary homes.

Savannah Way is a quaint neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Highway 74 in Monroe. The homes of Savannah Way are all brick and custom built by The Williams Company or Cason Homes. Large lots still have trees and are spaced out well. Most homes have 3- 5 bedrooms.
Savannah Way also has a new pool and club house. Enjoy the tranquil setting but enjoy the availablilty of retail minutes away!

St Johns Forest is an affordable community located off Highway 84 in Union County. KB Homes started building around 2004 and there are still some new construction homes. St Johns Forest homes range from 1200-3600 htd sq ft and have anywhere from 3-6 bedrooms. Lots are small and easy to care for. St Johns Forest homes all have attached garages and are low maintenance exteriors.
St Johns Forest offers walking trails, a playground, a swimming pool and a cabana. Shopping is minutes away. St Johns Forest is located between Monroe and Matthews and is a short commute to Wesley Chapel.

Windmere has 3 to 5 bedroom homes and some back up to Rolling Hills Country Club. Windmere is minutes to downtown Monroe and accessible to Charlotte and Matthews. Shopping is minutes away as well.
